Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Orbit website (orbit-app.dev) and the waitlist. Please read them before joining. By using the site, you agree to them.
The short version
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access — seats open in waves at our discretion.
- Access is free for waitlist members during early release; Orbit may become paid later.
- Orbit is early-release software, provided as-is, and may change or be discontinued.
- Orbit runs your own Claude Code or Codex agent; you're responsible for those accounts and their providers' terms.
- Orbit is not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI.
1. Agreement
By accessing this website or submitting your email to the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or join the waitlist. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Aigenize, the operator of Orbit.
2. What Orbit is
Orbit is a native macOS application that runs your existing coding agent — Claude Code or Codex — locally and renders its output as structured cards on a canvas. Orbit is currently in early release. This website exists to describe the product and to let you join the waitlist for free access.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not a purchase, a contract for access, or a promise of any particular timing. We open seats in waves at our sole discretion, and we may change, delay, or decide not to launch the product. We may decline or remove any signup.
While Orbit is in early release, access is free for waitlist members. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, we'll tell waitlist members before anything they use starts to cost money. Free access is offered at our discretion and is not a guarantee of perpetual free use.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and provide a valid email address that is yours to use.
5. Pre-release software
Orbit is pre-release software offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. It may contain bugs, change without notice, lose features, or be discontinued. Nothing on this site is a commitment that any feature shown will ship or behave as depicted.
6. Third-party agents & services
Orbit requires your own installation of, and account with, a coding agent — Claude Code (from Anthropic) or Codex (from OpenAI). Your use of those agents is governed by Anthropic's and OpenAI's respective terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them and for any usage or costs they incur.
Orbit is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or OpenAI, and those companies are not responsible for Orbit. This site also relies on third-party infrastructure (such as our hosting and database providers) whose terms apply to their portion of the service.
7. Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Submit email addresses that are not yours, or spam, abuse, or flood the waitlist.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Orbit or Aigenize.
8. Intellectual property
The Orbit name, logo, and the content of this website are owned by Aigenize and protected by applicable law. Joining the waitlist grants you no license to our trademarks or content. "Claude", "Claude Code", "Anthropic", "OpenAI", and "Codex" are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe compatibility.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and any early access are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or product will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aigenize and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) this website, the waitlist, or any early access — even if advised of the possibility.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Aigenize's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal dispute, please contact us at info@aigenize.com so we can try to resolve it directly and in good faith.
